Quality part fast s/h but not the part I needed. Contacted seller asking to return and pay s/h back plus restock fees even though not required. Got fast message about part. Second message seller sent sad face :-( the. Chose to not return a single email back every day for almost a month. Went through proper channels on eBay but still no ship back address or RMA. If you don’t want to honor your free returns just say so . Don’t play games & not keep your word. Totally unprofessional & unacceptable

We understand people , change there mind or make mistake ordering . and they did state they do not need the part .. Ebay handles returns up to our policy date which is 30 days After 30 days . We do returns but buyer has to return . or return address is on the label , All had to do is return simple .We do not understand why takes over the 30 day policy to return if do not need or ordered wrong part . Sorry we done this before and item came back damaged or heavy used . Address is in box ,,sad ..
