The seller was very helpful and communicated right away. Product was exactly as described. Only issue I had was with shipping. The company smashed the box and one side of the light fixture is bent. I blame that on the shipping company. They do not handle packages with care.

I received the wrong Moen trim kit. The seller quickly provided a refund and did not require the return of the incorrect trim kit. However, I still needed the trim kit I ordered and when I asked if they could send me the correct trim kit they stopped responding. The box I received was not the same as the box in the picture so I thought they may still have it in their stock.
