After several attempts to reset it, it died. (Wouldn't power on anymore) RoboROck provided a return label. I returned it and about 10 days later got a replacement Q7. This one appears to be working correctly, no error. They stood behind the product and that says a lot. I'd buy again.

All the hard places for me to get to it does everything for me , real impressed with this robot i've had the roomba , highly recommend this product, it's great. Seller offered a small credit in lieu of a return, which would have been a major hassle to repackage everything and send it back.
