I purchased this product to fix my poorly designed HP ENVY 360. Supplied product design is exact same design with no improvements. The good news is I should be able to fix my laptop. Not perfect but will do its job
The keyboard was the right one, came quickly, and fit the model described. A few issues remained: The CAPS-LOCK key light indicator is always on, making it hard to tell whether CAPS-LOCK is on or not. The W-key is less responsive if pressed more towards the right. The S-key is a little scratched. Since everything else seems to work it will do it’s job once we get used to the issues.

Works Well! What else can I tell you? I had originally purchased just the keyboard for $15 from a different vendor. When I tried to replace just the keyboard, I realized that the keyboard (and touchpad) is semi-permanently affixed to the palmrest cover by molded plastic done at the factory. Yes, you can remove just the keyboard, but there is no way to reuse the molded plastic pins or adequately affix it to the back of the palmrest and so the keyboard effectively sits on to of the motherboard (probably not a good thing). I decided to order the entire palmrest, keyboard and touchpad as a single item (807526-001) even though it is more expensive than just the keyboard. I wish I would have done this initially.
