Good printer, but wireless connection difficult.
The printer is good and the price is right. If you connect it to your computer with a cable (unfortunately not supplied) it's a very easy setup. Setting up the wireless connection, however, is a totally different story. After trying for three days, I finally had to call Canon. Once you get through to a live person, all is well. Been using canon products fiw a while now unfortunately manufacturers don't keep with the times. 90% of printers out there are wifi normal wifi... Now on days all of us have 5g wireless routers wich don't work with this printers... Had to install an old router in order to make printer work otherwise printer will be useless and we are a business so we need it to print asap.... forget about manufacturer service assistance canon USA never helps replys or helps... Thanks to our Canadian neighbors I got the help very friendly.... Good luck if it doesn't connect on the first try help your self and return it...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It does its job, setup was difficult
This was labeled as new, but I think it was refurbished or something because there was a cable missing and the software isn't even Windows 10 compatible; made set up incredibly difficult. The printer couldn't even access the internet to finish desktop installation until I set it up on my tablet first. Was a great replacement printer for me

As basic as you can get
I can't figure out how 2 print more than 1 copy of a page. I also thought I would be able 2 change the size of print but I don't see any way 2 do this. The only + thing I can say about this is that sol far I haven't had any ink cartridge jams or paper jams.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Frustrating
Not getting the WiFi to work ... had to find an A to B usb cable to get it to print... had 3 of us here trying to get WiFi to communicate with my Mac and a N1 router that is 12 inches away but we gave up ... got it to with hardwire cable.
