    This should be on all Bilco bulkheads. It keeps pests like hornets out. I was going to fabricate something myself until I saw this product.

    Doesnt do a great job

    IT leaves lots of gaps for cold winter air and moisture to come in. Its pretty expensive for weather stripping that doesnt do the job
