I kind of expected it to be in a box since its brand new but it came in a bag from Fitbit labeled "replacement". Doesn't mention a model anywhere but it's an exact twin to my current Alta HR. All in all, a good experience. It was packaged well and arrived more quickly than I expected. My current HR lasted 4 years. I hope to get as many out of this new one. Thank you! Oh, the unit isn't in the picture because I put it on to charge right away. Just wanted to show the package, anyway.
