Tool was exactly as advertised, a new TOPDON Phoenix Plus car scanner. Customer support has been fantastic. They were in constant communication with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and to make sure I understood that the product can be returned if not satisfied. Item is exactly as described--A new-in-box Phoenix Plus. Seller was very proactive, providing order confirmation, shipping confirmation and tracking, and delivery confirmation. Also, seller requested that should I have ANY concerns, I should notify them immediately. I had no problems what-so-ever. Scanner arrived in original factory packaging and then inside another carton. I had no issues registering the scanner and then updating with latest software. All told, excellent transaction!
