Royal mail ignored a re-direct on delivery and could not even return it to the seller efficiently. Tracking showed it passing it up and down the country six times between depots, eventually delivering it back to the seller. Quickdraw promised to help resolve the problem and did so very effectively. Great value to begin with, but the excellent customer service went above and beyond to ensure that my granddaughter received her gift.
