Seller is A++++ The soundbar arrived sooner than expected. The box was in great shape, sometimes these boxes can get beaten up in transit. Setup was quick and easy. I have a newer Samsung TV and that made setup very simple. It took more time in figuring out how to fine tune the sound then connecting it. I couldn't ask for more, the seller was great, the price was great and I love the sound.

The System arrived promptly. When I first saw the box, it was slightly crushed on one end. However, when I opened the box, it was packed is perfectly! Each end of the long box had an empty square box to act as cushions when the box is dropped on the end.
The system was in perfect condition and is working perfect as well. The only minor issue is with the limited volume to the rear speakers. Even with settings at +6 rear & -6 front, the rear seems not loud enough. That's a Samsung issue though!

The outside box had a little wear and tear from the long journey across the country, but everything inside is obviously brand new and unopened, and the soundbar and speakers are in perfect shape and sound incredible. Wow, what a beautiful upgrade from our 2008 Panasonic Viera and at a great price. The TV shipped the same day and arrived New in the original packaging as described. It was packaged very well with extra padding around the corners, top and bottom.
