After receiving the item the shipping box was busted open front, back, sides & both ends. “ it wasn’t sellers fault; it was shipped through California during their rioting mayhem” I thought there’s noway my items in that. After reading instructions, assembled the item & was missing 1 tooth so I contacted seller. They quickly responded to make things right. The item was new, it’s not 5ft as described “ it’s 4’2” actually. I’m satisfied with product
