    I purchased 3 trees. They came well packaged but one was un-acceptable and I cited pics and literal proof for my non-acceptance of the one. I went straight to Ebay because I'm fed up with buyers that are non-responsive or greedy. These guys are not. They were ready to remedy the situation even if I hadn't taken the Ebay route. They are true to their word and replacing my problem tree. I would buy from them again. They were tested in dealing with me and came through with flying colors.
