Item was new, unopened in new packaging. Did exactly what it was supposed to do, i.e., eliminated a topical infection of an open sore at 3 different times over a 2 day period, as advertised. Every bit as effective as the same product, that goes by the major brand name, Neosporin, only this one at a big savings. Product was received by me in the mail as fast as 3 days after I ordered it. The bowl is just as described. The tracking information however was not . I received an email on Tuesday saying that the package had been delivered but it was not. When I checked the actual tracking from the original purchase; all that it said was in transit. The package actually arrived on Saturday May 4th.Since I did not need the bowl for anything special the later arrival was fine.
