Sent a completely different product then what I orderd. Then stated “ the packaging change for the product” which is untrue because I’m very familiar with his product and use it before. Also, there was no warning before hand IF in deed that was tru. And its not bc I contacted Ponds. Also the product dosent look new & the consistency is off.
