The rug is exactly as pictured in the photo. It's clean, soft, no weird smells. I love how it looks in my living room. I was so nervous about ordering from such a long distance, and even reached out to the company to inquire about the delivery date. Mukesh's responses were timely and responsive through the estimated date of delivery. I appreciated that. The item arrived well wrapped, at least 3 layers, if I recall correctly. All went well. No complaints here.

Fabulous rug, such good quality, really well made, vibrant colours and very unique, I love it! All communication was excellent from start to delivery, I asked for no tassels and that was no problem. Do not hesitate to buy from this seller, you would pay at least double the price from a UK retailer. I have bought 2 rugs now direct from India and would definitely purchase again from this seller and I’m quite fussy. Thank you!
