Communication was okay, the seller replied quickly to my first concern but then I had a question regarding shipping that went unanswered... That said the item arrived as I had hoped it would. They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!
