A very impressive piece of equipment. My old OBDII doesn’t hold a candle to this unit. I purchased the 500 model and I can only imagine what the 600 model is capable of. Company immediately sent me a message thanking me for the purchase and provided information on how to contact them for help. Very quick delivery and I tried it out on my ‘06 Lincoln Navigator that has been giving me problems. Not only did it gave me a code similar to my old unit, but it told me what to look at.

I really like this scan tool. Good price. It is quick & it has a lot of features. It is easy to use (for someone like me with little experience with scan tools). And it has many different vehicles on it. But it doesn't have many reset options & it doesn't show all of the active/stored codes. The seller did a great job overall.

    Feature rich and easy to use diagnostic tool

    This is a very capable scan tool that will read ABS and RCM codes that other code readers won't. It also has live data for all modules which is very useful when troubleshooting intermittent problems. It easily updates itself by WiFi and even has web search feature for more details on specific codes. The screen is large and easy to read and the onboard battery charges by USB or OBD2 port. Vehicle coverage and feature richness is excellent at this price point. I would recommend this for an advanced DIY'er that needs to diagnose and repair SRS and ABS systems in addition to the powertrain issues.

    You need this tool

    Vehicle coverage beyond expectations. Easy to set up and use. Bluetooth offers the advantage of no cord, use it under t hood or under the chassis. The bidirectional capability provides coverage of the most needed service commands. No need to use the multiple step process to reset oil life or install a new battery, just send a command and it’s done. The tool gives an explanation rather than just a code. It saves time giving by pointing to the defect not just giving the generic code, plus it also includes manufacturer codes. So far everything listed in the features has worked fine. Big time saver. This is the second Topdon scanner I’ve purchased, pleased with the service, updates and performance so bought a higher feature unit .

    This is much better than a cheap code meter. It's not a high-end fully bi-directional professional OBD2 scanner. But for the do-it-yourselfer it will give you a lot of information on your car codes and it's capable of showing live streams for a number of data points. It can also do some maintenance things. I have not yet used any of those capabilities. Also advertised that it comes with lifetime system and data updates
