The earrings and certificate was packed nice and securely, and came earlier than expected. Communication was thorough and prompt. The earrings are exactly as described as well as on the certificate provided. The quality and sparkle of these studs are truly gorgeous in person. The diamonds are bigger on me than on the model picture. I am always weary when making bigger purchases online instead of in person but I am glad I did. I would definitely purchase from White Diamonds again.
