The seller was fine. The fan itself is fine. The programmable controller is JUNK. Vevor needs to recall all those controllers and replace them with re engineered updated units. My suggestion would be to just purchase the fan with manual control

I am very happy with my Garden Cart. The package was delivered ahead of schedule. Although the package included one tire that had an inner tube that could not be repaired, the seller was extremely cooperative and refunded me what ended up being the cost of replacing the entire tire. The cart is sturdy, and does everything we need it to around the garden and our 3-acre property generally. For the cost, this has been a terrific buy for us.
