Internals were clean and even new thermal paste was applied by the seller, although the amount is low it is still new thermal paste and an adequate amount. Overall 100% would recommend this seller again not just for good deals but also for overall quality of products sold by this seller. PC does have cosmetic damage but very minor and non important. 5 Stars.
