Little confused about the offer/bid thing. if three bids are up and I chose the lowest bid, why is it not accepted by seller? it was offered.... but aside from that...Part was delivered as scheduled. had to find a technician who knew what they were doing...took awhile to find one but it was worth the wait, but it came with a price.
