The item was as described, service from Diva Gift First Class. However, the service as a whole was let down by the Courier - Evri. Their driver did not bother to ring a door-bell and hand the parcel to the occupant (just dumped it on top of steps in full view of the road/passers-by - leaving it open to theft). Had he done so he would have found out he delivered it to the wrong address - as can be clearly seen on the "Proof of Delivery" photograph!!! (A case of Proof of Non-Delivery I would say!)
