Outstanding customer service. Original item was lost in the mail and upon notification the seller immediately sent a replacement. No questions asked. Great communication, good packaging, fast shipping (but delivery was another story, thank you very much USPS!)
Marking that the item arrived on time even though the original one didn't. But the replacement did and since the problem is with the post office I feel the seller shouldn't be peanlized.
