    Thoughts on the LG LT600P 5231JA2006B Refrigerator Water Filter

    After much research, I discovered that this is one of the best filters on the market for getting true "Clean", great tasting drinking water. We live out in the country on a well and it is important to us to filter out any unwanted metals or other distasteful contaminants that may get into our water supply. It came to my attention several years ago when we bought our house that even though lead solder was outlawed and banned for use by plummers, there were a fair amount of unconscientious individuals who would grab left over lead solder off of their work vans and use it anyway.. on the QT.     The LG filter to buy.

    Not sure why ebay asked me if the filter is compact or easy to clean. That said, this "B" series LG filter is much better than the LG "A" series filters and other manufacturer filters that replace the LG filter. Water filtered with this filter tastes so much better than with other filters. Since I'd never seen the "B" filter at this price, I purchased 4.
