I contacted the seller after the status said the item had shipped, but there was no tracking number, did not get a response. Contacted again a week later and got a response, seller said they had not seen my earlier message. Seller took some action and there was a revised ship date and finally a tracking number. The item arrived about a week later. Not sure what happened with the shipping. The item was reasonably well packaged and was as described.
