I purchased "open box" but received a used phone. It arrived filthy and as I was cleaning it up I noticed many scratches on the screen and sides. It took a couple messages to finally get the seller to respond. They are in China and will only reply at night in US so communication takes longer, not 24/7 like their ad says. They tried to offer a discount but I had eBay step in and I returned it. I am so sick of these "open box" ads but are actually selling used junk.. Change your description!!!
