      Love at first sight

      I am so happy with the hipshot locking tuners. I got these for my squire bullet mustang. So easy to install and makes string changes a breeze. Not that there is anything wrong with the stock nonlocking tuners, but I just love these hipshot tuners. You can ditch the stock string trees, because they're not needed anymore. I think every Fender style guitar should come with these stock, I'm not kidding

      great tuners

      though id consider then on the pricey side they are awesome favorite part the little plate that lines everything up and doesn't require drilling any mounting holes just line everything up and tighten the nuts,,, done i don't think they took 5 minutes to install very stable tuning also love there is a staggered option

      Best bang out there for tuners and staggered in sets of 2

      Great Hipshot product with awesome quality and perfect holding tuning abilities. Easy to install with zero drilling required to mount on back of headstock (Squire's require hand reamer to enlarge pass through holes from 6mm to 10mm). Love the black finish and it appears to be powdered coated finish. Love the staggered (2 each) 21mm, 20mm, and 19mm set up.

      Best locking staggered tuners for the money

      I upgraded my Squire Affinity Telecaster from its original tuning machines to HIPSHOT locking staggered tuners. Since my pickguard was black I chose black tuners. These tuners installed absolutely easily with no drilling due to the included UMP universal mounting kit. After installation, I put the strings in and tested them. Very smooth and consistent ratio. After 24 hours I tested the tuning and all 6 strings remained in tune! Yes, I would buy them again.

      fool proof locking tuners

      I love these hipshot locking tuners that don't require any drilling to install. They work great. I can put them on a head stock and not damage it with drilling and so I can change them with different colors if I change the other equipment on the guitar. This is the new default tuners for me..
