These gummies are super effective. I started taking them a week and a half ago, however, I already noticed a big difference. My nails are growing at a rapid speed compared to before. The reason I purchased this vitamins in the first place, is because I read so many good reviews about them and I decided to give it try. Well I'm super happy I did. I take them every single day with my breakfast. I measured my hair length before I started taking these gummies and I'm planning on remeasuring it again, but I have to wait a month to see if it really made a difference on my hair growth. I can already see an improvement!
My nails (on my hands AND feet) have ALWAYS been a problem. However, just recently I've been noticing little white marks all over them, despite my best efforts. My body skin is quite rough too, and let's not forget to mention my foot skin which resembles that of an alligator - it needs a weed whacker to remove it! :) Anyway, I bought the Hair, Skin and Nails after having seen it advertised on TV. Time to investigate. Honestly, I didn't expect much after all these years (I'm 60), but I have been very pleasantly surprised. First of all, they taste amazing. Like candies. Yum. After about only a week, the white marks have just about vanished and there has been a little bit of growth in my fingernails. I have used this product in the past and it takes several months to see results but they do happen! I am currently losing a great deal of hair after cancer surgery and this product is definitely helping slow down the process and help me regrow my hair. Very good tasting and easy to chew.
