terrible experience. After installing and successfully using for 5 days, unit stopped recognizing the keypad, then the key FOBs stop working. After trying to reprogram all I get is flashing purple after multiple resets. Called Genie support and went through their screening to retry to reprogram and various questions to see if interference or antenna broken. Tech determined Mother board is bad, at that time was told they would ship.- 5 days later-NOTHING. Called back and informed 4 weeks!
