Not get to post office the day they arrived, when I did get to them & opened package, they were beautifully wrapped, the foliage was fresh, not limp & the roots were still in damp pots! This plant arrived completely rotted. I tried contacting the seller two times for a replacement or refund. They never responded, and unfortunately I needed to open a case with eBay. The seller never responded to that either, so I was able to get a refund.
