Delivered as indicated. The voltage reading is higher within about 2 to 3volts which is okay. The current reading is much more accurate than the voltage reading. The current reading is withing +/- 0.1 amps. Easy install. I installed them in the breaker box for both 120VAC and 240VAC. Also, installed these on the output of the breaker so when I turn on the breaker it come on and goes off when turn off the breaker.
