1) Communication is decent. 2) Items not as pictured. The circle shelf I bought was supposed to have the shelves extend outside of the circle & what I received does not extend outside. 3) One of the other 3 items I bought was to be more square shaped than long diamond shaped and I ended up getting 2 long diamond shaped ones. 4) All 3 items I recived not quite as pictured but I'll make it work for what I was intending.
