Anything below 80% will get you a replacement battery from AppleCare. I didn’t search for the well-hidden disclaimer (my bad) but a trusted seller should replace batteries on refurbished phones. I requested compensation from the seller to help me get a new battery (I am otherwise pleased with the phone) but they refused.
