very"uplifting"great tunes AWEsome stuff! this record brings up some great stuff to fans of musical (reasonably)-"mainstream"-"classics",i say that but it's an underground ska classic work of art in itself. Check out "the OC Supertones" for yourself... -Mojo delivers his energetic,'witty',(often cotroversial/always,sometimes too true),lyrics! -Ethan Luck brings his professionalism, skill & Creativity to the surface more & more every new project he endeavors on, as He continues to be one of the finest guitarists I know, whether playing gat and vocals in the "old TRUEpunk" band "my red hot nightmare", DRUMS or guitar with many other bands,the dingees, or the new guitarist addition to "DEMONHUNTER" which i'm sure his versatility goes beyond. now -Dan Spencer, this guy fills in the gaps with ... very"uplifting"great tunes AWEsome stuff! this record brings up some great stuff to fans of musical (reasonably)-"mainstream"-"classics",i say that but it's an underground ska classic work of art in itself. A lot of people will argue that ska had it's time, but now it's dead. They were saying that back in 2002, and the Supertones set out to prove them wrong. Hi-Fi Revival pack a wallop that will be sure to revive your interest in ska. From the dance-able Superfly to the spunky Welcome Home, things are always moving. They only slow down on one ballad, and keep the catchy tunes with smart lyrics coming. Particularly amusing it Radio Plays, which is honestly, true about today's Top 40.
