Great hard drive, great value.
I've never had a Samsung hard drive go bad yet. My first was 30 gig in a new computer that I bought in 2001. I'm still using it. It's in an external case and I store pictures on it. My second is a 160 gig that replaced the 30 gig when I filled it up. I'm still useing it too as an external. Bought a new computer in 2009 and it had a Western Digital 500 gig SATA hard drive and it fried. I bought a used Samsung 500 gig SATA hard drive to replace the fried Western Digitla and it's working great. I'm sold on Samsung Hard drives.I've never had a Samsung hard drive go bad yet. I would like to express that this hard drive is a good value of money for me. Even though it took considerable longer time to reach me by post I am happy with this purchase. The product was packed with good isolating and shock absorber materials so that it did suffer any damage during long journey. It works fine.
