Préalablement à son droit de rétractation, le Client avertira le service client à l’adresse mail suivante : ideal.connexion.fr@gmail.com en précisant son nom, son adresse électronique, son numéro de commande, sa date de commande et la référence du(des) article(s) concerné(s)et la date de réception des article(s) concerné(s). Le Vendeur fera parvenir au Client un numéro de retour à inscrire impérativement sur le colis, ainsi que l’adresse à laquelle retourner le(s) Produit(s). Le Client dispose de 14 jours suivant la communication de sa décision de se rétracter pour restituer les Produits concernés.

L’article doit être retourné dans son emballage d'origine intact, complet avec notice et accessoires.
