- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis idea is genius, however if you don’t have basic shop tools like a saw blade and drill these won’t work for you. The slot is not wide enough to slip the cable in, not a problem, just open the slot with a saw blade then open the slot up slightly on the big end so the cable will move freely. I still have to give positive feedback because the cables are 90. Each and this repair cost me all of about 10. It’s a minor adjustment and you don’t even have to take to door panel off to install.

Drilled them out a bit to allow the cable to slide at the top and works great. Use grease on the sheath and cable before installing to save yourself a headache trying to fit them snug before locking into bracket.
