And for $7 they work well enough to instantly power on my old 360 controller after 8 years of being dead. Great value!

Although these do not appear to be a Microsoft product, they do tend to work, for the most part, as intended. I had trouble getting it to attach securely to one controller. I bought four controllers without covers. These make them appear complete. All tested working.
