    Not happy !

    The hose was not helpful. I ordered 2 different hoses with different part numbers and neither would work. The nut on sprayer end wouldn’t slide back in housing. I ended up grinding down the diameter with a grinder to make it work.

    So Easy I didnt have to Call my husband for help.

    Perfect! Was easy to install and works great on the Moen PULL DOWN Kitchen faucet. TIP : for you ladies who like me and your husband wasnt home and you had to do it yourself. you will need something to catch water when taking out the old hose. LOL Dont fear is easy to take off and put the new one on. Also dont forget to replace the line weight thing or the new one wont pull back in. Just take the one off your old hose they just clip on.

    Moen branded direct replacement - easy installation

    Easy to install and seems to be well made. Time will tell. The old hose lasted about 5 years. I hope this one lasts longer.

    Prroduct described as "New," but was not!

    The product was described as brand new, but it definitely was not! Look at included photos. I decided to smack some plumbers glue over it and use it anyways, it's better than going without a kitchen sink until I found a replacement.
