    The packaging in the shipping made the item really secure. The item arrived in really good condition and has been exactly as described.     The listing was inaccurate, the seller did not include the charger as indicated in the listing. It's OK though, the radio arrived quickly and it works just fine. The seller did apologize for the item not matching the description, however, there is an expectation that the description is accurate, which is what I used to justify the purchase price. At the end of the day, it's all good and this seller made an honest mistake.
