I don’t necessarily feel it stretching my neck as much as I feel it moving my jaw but I guess that is how it works? Ultimately, I have to remove it because my jaw gets sore. Also, the inflate is a big tricky to get going.Pros: inexpensive, convenient, portable. Cons: uncomfortable on jaw, inflate/deflate a bit awkward to use.
