    Delivery was on time and the item was in good condition. I tried it out and it works as promised. A good value for the money. The only improvement would be to have a better instruction manual with the item. Item has oil stamped in the top but nowhere in the literature does it indicate how or specifically what to lubricate. Also, instructions for replacing worn parts are missing. I can figure it out, but a document showing what goes where would be helpful. I would buy this item again.
