Very nice explained well got here with the shipping said it would
I've got a really tall oak tree and I really need something that reach really far and this will it's a good quality but you have to be pretty strong if it's all together cuz it's kind of awkward if you have all the pieces put together that is it looks really nice it came when it said it would it was described good and it's a 30 ft reach once you screw all the pipes together it has a nice cutting blade to go on the very end of it it's very good and like I said it reaches 30 ft so I give it good kudos it is exactly what it looks like it is it just gets heavy when you have it all together

I read a bad review and had the same experience
I returned it. The saw is very unstable, even with 2 sections removed. There is too much flex in the poles. When sawing, the flexing tends to bounce the blade out of the cut. When trying to relocate the blade in the cut, any rotational movement of the sections causes them to loosen and sag. The blade itself does not cut well and takes a lot of effort. The one good thing I can say about the saw is that the lopper worked fine on small diameter branches.
