NOT TRUE! I listed .99 auctions to reduce inventory. After this auction I could not locate the plate. I messaged buyer to explain the problem & offered to send a similar (more valuable) plate instead or a refund. NO RESPONSE! I messaged daily for 9 days. NO RESPONSE! Day 10 he opens "not received" case. I respond to case again offering substitution or refund. NO RESPONSE! Out of options, I issue full refund, closing the case. THEN he FINALLY responds demanding I send the alternative plate. :-(
