    Item came as described, works without an issue. Packaging is damaged, but that was apparent on the product images - I have expected those defects. Disc isn't damaged. Delivery took a lot longer than any other service. This is not seller's fault, but if you can - please aboid ebay's delivery service. The package has been travelling the US across multiple states with very vague descriptions on what was being done to it. Overall great experience, just send via regular mail next time, if possible.

    Works well for the price

    I bought this item used for a very good price. This model is obsolete it the fact that you cannot update youtube. However, does stream video and and access the internet. We use Netflix and that suits us. I gave it a 4 because the Android operating system cannot be upgraded.

    idea is great, execution not so much

    i bought this because my netgear max died and was super excited about a new model. the idea of apps and web was awesome. unfortunately it seems just a dream. the flash player was already outdated by the time i bought this neo and there is no way to update it. the apps i wanted to download were not compatible with the prime. the remote is ok, i do better with a wireless keyboard and mouse. it will do til i find something else then will be my emergency back up.

    Excellent Google TV device, very easy to use

    I buy NeoTV PRIME - Google TV to use Slingbox app, now I convert my old LCD TV into a smart TV, with Slingbox. The setup is really easy to do, update/install apps from google play. Good performance, very very nice Remote control, easy to use and intuitive, even for a child.

    Little power box

    Once you get past the easy set-up your tv is transformed into a giant tablet. I like that i can watch my Exfinity online . And so many apps it's amazing.I have one cable box in the living room, and now it's like having one in my bedroom with out having to pay for another box. It's better then cable cause i have the internet on a big screen, who wouldn't love that?

    No more support

    probably was good when it was new. There is no more support for this model. I don't know why people are allowed to sell things that don't work anymore. I should have done some research before I BOUGHT IT. If you want to take chance on it at least go for the Neo tv Max. I see they still have updates for that model and 300SL,not the GTV100. They no longer have updates for that model. What a waste of money.
