    Another quality Panasonic TV

    I've purchased Panasonic TV's for the past 20 years or so as they have never let me down, always been a quality true to life picture and easy to use. This TV is no exception. 4K on TV's this size is only really noticeable when viewing close up but it's good to have the future-proofness built in with having 4K. The Firefox interface is quick. The picture quality is incredibly true to life, even with the out-of-the-box settings. A few tweaks to the picture and colour settings and the quality is awesome. The sound is not too bad for a thin screen. I have a Panasonic Soundbase (SC-HTE80) which links beautifully with the Viera link so it's part of the TV i.e. when you turn the TV on and off the soundbase also does the same. Volume up and down on the TV is then replicated on the soundbase. All ...

    Panasonic TX-40DX600B 40" SMART LED TV

    The Panasonic TX-40DX600B seems to do everything well. The picture and sound quality are good good (meaning I could dispense with the sound bar I used with my previous TV). The Smart functionality is easy to use and includes a browser (but doesn't support Flash, which is a pity). There are some areas I haven't used so far - 4K / UHD and USB recording. It isn't HDR (High Dynamic Range) but they have managed to cram in an amazing amount of higher-end functionality. I bought the TV from Panasonic Direct and got a great deal. The box was a bit tatty but the TV was perfect. I had to talk to Panasonic's help-desk. They were superb: quick to get through, helpful and friendly. Most impressed. Am I pleased with the TV? Yes, very much so.

    Panasonic TX-40DX600B

    Excellent TV. 4K picture, or 1080p, both lovely. Great smart features - Firefox OS very smooth. Refurbished but almost indistinguishable from new - there was a scratch on the top edge of the TV but as it's on the upper surface you usually can't see it. Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Overall very content with it.

    One of our best buys ever.

    So pleased with this product, several years on. The picture quality is superb, we love the fact that we can access all catch-up services (unlike with non-Panasonic TVs) and it's easy to use. When we did have a problem, it was quickly sorted, at no cost to ourselves.

    Perfect for the job

    I'm using primarily as a conference room monitor rather than a TV at home. Other than a problem that overscan the image and makes the menu bar a bit difficult to navigate, this is a great monitor with a bright well-balanced image. Very light and easy to move around.
