I have yet to use the product yet due to the weather. However, what I can say is the seller has been absolutely a pleasure to purchase from. This is my first pond. He was extremely helpful with suggestions. I placed the order and he recommended the identical item under a different name however I had already placed my order. He sent me the cheaper item and refunded me the difference. Customer service is outstanding!!! Highly recommend.
