I had absolutely no issues in my dealings with this seller. The description of the item I wished to purchase was accurate and the price was reasonable, When I attempted to purchase the item I was informed that they do not ship to Canada because many items are lost in transit. Since I needed this item and this was the only one I could find I agreed to accept full responsibility if the item was not delivered. Unfortunately this is exactly what happened, USPS claimed it was delivered, it was not.
