    After I ordered, I noted that the closing kit would not arrive until after our closing crew was scheduled to close our pool. I telephoned the seller to see if I could get it shipped to me any faster but was told, because it is pool chemicals, the USPS would/could not deliver it to me any faster. I requested a refund and was promptly accommodated. Excellent product, excellent value and excellent company to do business with. Thanks!

    My package took the long way around but I did receive it. When I got it appeared it had hit some bumps along the way but way taped back together. When I finally opened my package I was so excited but there were parts missing. I contacted seller they were nice, helpful and have sent the missing parts to me.
