TRY THIS STUFF - IT REALLY WORKS
I put lots of cream on face and eyes ( I'm old) and my eye makeup floats away over a few hours. This Covergirl product is AWESOME. It creates a slightly sticky matte finish for pencil and eye shadow that keeps my eye makeup on for 8 hours+. Please don't ever discontinue LID LOCK UP. No more raccoon eyes for me! I had stopped wearing eye makeup but now I can and it makes me look 10 years younger (according to my friends). One of my favorite makeup products in years!!!
